"Support was quick and easy"
I had an issue and figured it might turn into a whole thing, but support got back to me fast and fixed it without any hassle. First impression: solid service.

"The smoke had this burnt, harsh..."
The smoke had this burnt, harsh taste right from the start, and it just wasn’t enjoyable. Cleaning it afterward was annoying too, especially trying to get into the little corners. not worth the hassle for me

"Broke Way Too Fast"
I really expected this to last longer, but it broke way too quickly. The durability just isn’t there, the company should be more accountable for the quality of what they’re selling.

"I expected this to feel a lot..."
I expected this to feel a lot more premium for the price. The glass is fine, but the metal and plastic parts gave me that immediate “hmm, this doesn’t seem that sturdy” feeling. A few pieces felt a little loose right out of the box, and my gut just doesn’t trust that it’s going to hold up long-term. For something this expensive, I was expecting more weight, more solid materials, and just an overall better feel. Disappointing

"Refund took way longer than expected"
The product itself was fine, but getting my refund was such a hassle. My return was approved, and I even had the email receipt/confirmation to show it, but I still had to keep following up for weeks. Support replies were vague and there weren’t many helpful updates. the refund process was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order again

"Honestly, super easy to use"
I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be confusing to figure out, but umm, it was actually way easier than I expected.

Everything feels smooth and simple to handle, and cleaning it wasn’t nearly as annoying as I thought it would be. Ordering from the site was easy too, with no weird extra steps or anything.
I’ve used it a few times now and haven’t had any problems. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Accessories didn’t fit like expected"
I picked up a couple of accessories because they were supposed to work with my setup, but that wasn’t really the case. One didn’t fit properly, and the other felt loose enough that I didn’t trust using it. Customer support didn’t really clear things up either. I feel like a lot of customers would appreciate much clearer compatibility info before spending the money, because this ended up being frustrating.

"Still waiting on my order"
I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and the shipping has taken way longer than I expected. Maybe I should’ve ordered earlier and not waited until I actually needed it, but even then, this feels slow.

"I was hoping this would look a little..."
I was hoping this would look a little more low-key, but it ended up looking clunky on my shelf. I’m usually cautious about buying things that might throw off the space or feel unstable, and this just felt bulkier than I expected. Not really the look I was going for.

"Box showed up really, really beat up"
The box came in rough shape, like really rough. The packaging just wasn’t great, great enough to protect it properly. Luckily the item was okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"To be fair, it does look good and..."
To be fair, it does look good and I can see why people might be drawn to it. But for the price, I expected much better quality and a better overall experience. It kind of feels like you're paying more for the name than for the actual product.

"Looks nice, but cleaning it feels like too much"
I’ll be fair, it does look really cool and I wanted to like it. But cleaning it has been such a hassle. The parts get sticky quickly, and it’s hard to feel like you’ve actually gotten everything fully clean. I spent more time taking it apart and scrubbing it than I did using it. For me, the upkeep just doesn’t feel worth it.

"Had to keep chasing them for warranty help"
I had a problem with my Stundenglass and reached out about the warranty, but the whole process was frustrating. Support took ages to respond, kept asking me for details I’d already sent, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get any kind of update. It dragged on way longer than I expected, and I still went days without a clear answer. The product is great when it’s working, but the warranty support really let the experience down.
